As a Doctor of Pharmacy, Berkeley Certified Executive Coach, and Advanced Level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I bring a unique blend of academic training, body awareness, and nervous system expertise to my Somatic Clarity Coaching practice.
In my journey, I've walked the path of a high achiever excelling academically and landing my dream pharmacy job while also founding the successful conversation card company, unCURATED®. Despite outward success, I reached a breaking point in 2020 when a physical health crisis forced me to pause and reevaluate my life choices.
This experience invited me to reconnect with my body and listen to its wisdom. By deeply listening, I discovered I was living by others' expectations, unbeknownst to me. Our body often reveals the truth about what we think and feel, even when our minds tell a different story. As a Clarity Coach, I am committed to guiding others on a parallel journey of rediscovering their inner wisdom. My aim is to help clients gain insights on their goals, values, and aspirations by deeply listening and untangling from the stories of their mind, ultimately empowering clients to create lives that authentically align with their true selves.
